Q: How do I register?

A: Registering is easy. Just select “Connect with Facebook” to login using your Facebook account. Enter your Facebook credentials and follow the steps to create your account.

Q: How much does it cost to create an account?

A: It’s absolutely FREE to create an account on Leaf.

Q: What if I do not have a Facebook Account? Can I still join?

A: Unfortunately, the short answer is no. We wanted to make it as simple as possible to connect with the Leaf community. By connecting using your Facebook account, it’s easier than ever to setup your profile and begin experiencing the world around you.

Q: Can I invite my friends to join Leaf?

A: Leaf allows you to invite your friends to plans. Just select a plan and invite your contacts. We only send invites to the contacts you’ve selected.

Q: How do I change my profile photo?

A: Our systems grab the most recent profile photo on your Facebook account. Currently, you are unable to edit your profile photo via the Leaf app.

Q: How do I change my name or profile information?

A: Please speak with your county clerk’s office. Just kidding. To edit your profile information, please select your profile photo from the side menu options. Enter the details and press Save. Unfortunately, members are unable to change their name on the Leaf app. Names are grabbed from your linked Facebook account.


Q: Do we have to create our own experiences?

A: Nope. Our team with the help of ambassadors find the coolest experiences within a city and present them to you within the Leaf app.

Q: What do I do if there are no plans showing near my location?

A: We must change this at once. Unfortunately, we probably have not launched in your area. So please email us at so we can speed things up.

Q: What if I change my mind about attending?

A: Change it back. : ) We understand that things come up, so if you are unable to attend plans you were invited to, please just let the host know in the group chat.

Q: How many different plans are available?

A: Let’s just say “a bunch.” From grabbing some drinks to rock climbing, you will find just about anything going on within your city.


Q: How do I message someone else?

A: Messages can only be sent once plans have been confirmed and the minimum number of attendees have accepted invites.

Q: Can I message someone before the plan is confirmed?

A: No, group chats only open once the scheduled plans are confirmed and the minimum amount of attendees have joined.
